Whether you decide to order just the mower, add on individual modules later, or select a comprehensive bundle such as Year-Round Bundle on Kickstarter, the "Mower" portion of your package will always be calculated at this locked VIP price, guaranteeing your base savings.

• If I change my mind after placing a deposit, how can I get a refund?

  If you no longer wish to purchase the product, you can request a refund for your deposit. Simply email support@yarbo.com from the email address you used to reserve the discount, and we will process your refund within 10 Days.

• Why do I need to use the same email for the deposit and Kickstarter order?

  To ensure a smooth refund process, we will match the Kickstarter email address to our deposit list to verify if the Kickstarter backer has placed a deposit. Please make sure that the email address that you use to place the deposit order matches your Kickstarter account's email address.

• What happens after I pay the deposit?

  You'll receive a confirmation email. When our Kickstarter campaign goes live, we will notify you immediately. You'll then use the same email to back the project, and we'll ensure your VIP discount and deposit credit are applied.

• If I order multiple units, how many deposits are required?

  For a standard order (to purchase one device), you only need to pay one deposit to lock in your VIP status. However, if you plan to purchase more than two devices, please ensure you have a Kickstarter account equal to the number of devices you wish to buy.

• What are the prices for the Yarbo M Series?

  By placing a $50 deposit today, you secure our exclusive VIP Deposit Offer. This VIP Deposit Offer is $200 lower than the Early Bird Offer available to the public when the Kickstarter campaign launches.Here is the exclusive VIP Deposit Offer for the M SeriesMower Robot (Universal Core + Mower Module):

  What about the other modules? We are currently finalizing the pricing for the Snow Plow, Leaf Collector, and Trimmer Arm modules. They are estimated to range between $600 - $800 each.

  Note: During the Kickstarter campaign, we will release exclusive bundle that combine the mower and other modules, aiming to offer you the maximum possible savings compared to buying them individually.

• Do the prices include VAT/Taxes and Shipping Fee?

  The prices listed are for the product only. Here is how taxes and shipping work:

  • Taxes (VAT/Sales Tax): Applicable taxes are not included in the deposit or Kickstarter price. These will be calculated and collected based on your specific location after the campaign ends, via the post-campaign fulfillment survey.
  • Shipping Fees: We strive to offer the most competitive logistics rates by covering a significant portion of the shipping costs ourselves:

  US: Free Shipping Available to the contiguous United States ONLY.

  Other Markets: Partial shipping costs will apply to orders shipped to other regions.

• Is Yarbo M Series and App available worldwide?

  Currently, the Yarbo M Series and all Yarbo Applications are only shipped, sold, and available in countries covered by our service. These countries and regions are: the USA, Canada, the EU, the UK, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand.

• What is the shipping arrangement of the Yarbo M Series?

  We are targeting to begin shipping the Yarbo M Series in August 2026. The M Series features our most compact and integrated design to date. Packing this much power into a smaller footprint presented new R&D and production challenges. We are currently overcoming these to ensure the product meets our strict quality standards.

• What is the warranty period and what does it cover?

  Yarbo M Series products come with a 2-year warranty but are not eligible for the optional 3-year extended warranty. For detailed information on warranty coverage and included items, please refer to the Warranty Policy page on the official Yarbo website.

• Why is the Yarbo M Series called an "All-in-One, Year-Round" robot? How is it different?

  Most robots are single-purpose tools that sit idle in your garage for months (and often leave the edges for you to finish manually). The Yarbo M Series is different—it is a Universal Core system designed for complete yard care.

  • True Versatility: By swapping modules, it handles every season. It functions as a Mower and Edge Trimmer in Spring & Summer, a Leaf Collector in Fall, and a Snow Plow in Winter.

• What are the main differences between M10, M20, and M20i?

  We designed three tiers to match different yard complexities:

  M10 (The Essential):

  • Best for: Simple, smaller yards (< 1 acre).
  • Power & Endurance: Dual 150W motors & 10Ah battery. (Perfect for standard grass maintenance).
  • Cutting: Razor Blade for a precise.

  M20 (The Performer):

  • Best for: Large areas, slopes, and thick grass (< 1.5 acres).
  • Power & Endurance: Massive Dual 300W motors & 20Ah battery. (Delivers high torque to climb steep slopes and power through rough terrain).
  • Cutting Upgrade: Rigid Straight Blade. Unlike razor blades, this heavy-duty steel blade powers through tall, wet, or thick grass without getting stuck and provides superior mulching.

  M20i (The Flagship):

  • Best for: Yards with large trees, buildings, or night-time needs.
  • Key Upgrade: 360° LiDAR Navigation. While standard GPS robots get lost under trees, the M20i "sees" its environment. It guarantees no signal loss under dense canopies and enables 24/7 operation, even in pitch-black darkness.
• What makes the battery and charging system special?

  The M Series features our proprietary 630W Wireless Fast Charging.

• Is assembly and installation complicated?
